Googling “lyric” is much more likely to deliver you song lyrics than a community marketplace. “Lyric” also hints at music, and our business is focused on the tangible arts.

We wanted a name that was grounded in artistry and connection. Something that evoked the power of artisan communities working together to lift each other up.

Latchet is just that — it’s a kind of connection between two things, something that holds other things together. We love that energy. Latchet is a place where people come together to work together. Where community comes first. Where we support one another and build each other up.

So, Lyric is now Latchet. Some URLs will change, you’ll see the new logo and color palette in more places, but there’s no action required on your part.
